Objectives:

This survey is intended to provide an opportunity for PCC Industry members to give the USPS their top three innovation and growth ideas for the USPS to help ensure a profitable future for the Postal Service and the mailing industry. The NOVA PCC will submit the top three ideas submitted by our members for evaluation by USPS nationally.

Our ideas will be added to others generated through the recent Mailers' Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) meeting and those generated from a recent symposium for CEO's, academics, consumer groups, marketing professionals and others. All ideas will be evaluated to help USPS develop new products and services -- to meet the demands of the marketplace -- based on our recommendations.

The USPS will share the results during a special session at the May 2011 National Postal Forum in San Diego.
