Metro Communications Committee
 Description: The Metro Communications Committee is responsible for monitoring PCC and USPS news and events as well as broader industry news of interest to the membership, writing, commissioning and/or acquiring articles and news stories to be posted on the NOVAPCC website and publishing a printed newsletter to be distributed to the NOVAPCC membership by mail no less than bi-monthly.
 Mission: The mission of the Metro Newsletter Committee is to conceive, edit and publish NOVA PCC sponsored news and information - in print and electronically that contributes to the effectiveness of the PCC's mission of education and proactive communication and that helps to retain existing members and attract new members.

Metro Education Committee
 Description: The Metro Education Committee is responsible for periodically surveying NOVA PCC members and reporting on the perceived educational needs; making recommendations to the board regarding educational opportunities and programs, and planning and executing educational programs and events as approved by the Executive Board.
 Mission: The mission of the Metro Education Committee is to research, recommend and execute educational programs and events that meet the needs of current NOVA PCC members and that attract new members to the PCC through unique, high-quality NOVA PCC branded educational programming.

Metro Membership Committee
 Description: The Metro Membership Committee is responsible for monitoring and periodic reporting on membership statistics, making recommendations to the board regarding membership drives and promotions and planning and executing membership growth activities as approved by the Executive Board.
 Mission: The mission of the Metro Membership Committee is to conceive, recommend and execute activities and marketing campaigns that attract new members to the PCC and to help retain existing PCC members through membership appreciation messaging.

Metro Programming Committee
 Description: The Metro Programming Committee is responsible for programming and publicizing PCC sponsored and co-sponsored events, making recommendations to the board regarding programming and event planning/scheduling, and preparing and publishing an annual calendar to be distributed to the membership and the NOVA mailer community.
 Mission: The mission of the Metro Programming Committee is to conceive, recommend and promote PCC sponsored activities that contribute to the effectiveness of the PCC and that help to retain existing members and attract new members.
