There were 905 total responses.</font></p> <p><font face="Arial">However, 14 percent said it would have a big impact.</font></p> <p><font face="Arial">The question sparked a lively discussion between readers, some who thought it was a good move on the part of the United States Postal Service given the hard economic times.
