The Northern Virginia Postal Customer Council (NOVAPCC) hosted a live Webinar Friday, June 4, to discuss intelligent mail barcode (IMB) implementation. NOVAPCC Co-Chair Lee Garvey hosted the hour long webinar. Several mailing industry panelist shared the challenges they encountered on their journey through IMB full-service certification.
All panelists stressed the importance of starting the IMB certification process now. Each of the panelists described their timeline and problems encountered during the different testing phases.
During the webinar, Cindy Pease, USPS Manager Business Mail Entry discussed some of the reference materials available to mailers to assist them with the certification process.
